Some of the different techniques that I use with my clients are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Heat and Stone massage, and I can also incorporate several techniques to accommodate my clients' needs. I have an open mind and I don't use a "cookie-cutter" routine for any of my clients. My goals include always being attentive to the needs of my clients and always being innovative about expanding my knowledge and experience in massage therapy. In addition to studying with several massage therapy instructors, I often review educational materials that may be relevant to the specific needs of my clients, so that I know I'm working the right technique in the right area to address any problems they may be having. I also practice yoga, not only to help me stay mentally and physically fit, but which also helps me to provide a higher level of massage therapy. I love being able to help people relax and feel better just by the human touch. My educational background in massage therapy includes attending the HandsOn Therapy School of Massage, which is a state-of-the-art teaching facility with knowledgeable and experienced instructors. At the school I learned about anatomy and massage therapy techniques, and I also received other instruction about how to become a successful massage therapist. As a result of my studies, which included 300 hours of education, I received my State of Texas license as a registered massage therapist.
